We’re looking for candidates who have:
Previous construction experience
The ability to lift 50lbs
Experience digging ditches or trenches, back-filling excavations, and compacting and leveling earth to grade specifications
The ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body
Experience with misting the working area to reduce dust
Flagger experience is not required but is an asset
A strong safety-conscious mindset
First Aid & H2S certifications are assets
