WHAT TO EXPECT:
Reporting to the Construction Manager, this full-time position ensures the interior & exterior of homes under
construction are kept clean, tidy, and free of waste from framing to finishing.
Assist construction crew as necessary.
Ensure that safety hazards and/or concerns are reported to the supervisor in a timely manner.
Maintain exterior and interior work sites during all stages of home construction through to finishing.
(pile lumber, sort, load/unload, sweep, clean, etc)
Ensure all waste containers inside and outside are deposited appropriately in construction waste bins.
Collect recycled materials and deposit them in construction recycling bins.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
A valid Driver’s License required for moving materials using company vehicle.
Physically fit with the ability to lift and carry 50lbs.
Strong attention to detail and able to follow direction and work with minimal supervision.
Ability to work effectively as a team.
Demonstrated reliable attitude, honesty, and integrity.
COMPENSATION:
Starting at $18 per hour
