Full job description
Phoenix Ironworks is currently looking to fill the available positions for Field Labourers/ Ironworkers in our company. This position is full time and can start immediately. The position is based out of various job sites throughout the city.
Primary Responsibilities:
Ironworking/ misc metals installations.
Assist welders as needed ( Material preparation, cleaning, painting, etc)
Site prep and cleanup
Daily tasks as assigned by Site Supervisor
Other Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to work at heights over 10ft
Must be in good physical condition. Ability to occasionally lift over 50lbs
Be able to follow safe work practices and procedures while performing duties
Fall Arrest & Manlift training is considered an asset
Available to work overtime and weekends as needed
MUST HAVE valid driver’s license and transportation to get to worksite
Wage starting at $20.00/ hr and up depending on qualifications and experience.
