Construction Laborer – Residential Swimming Pool Builder
Gator Pools, Spas and Supplies, LLC (“Gator Pools”) is seeking an experienced Construction Crew Member to join our team in St. Cloud, Florida.[1][2]Gator Pools has been in business for more than 45 years building residential swimming pools in Osceola County and the surrounding counties.
Position Overview
We need a skilled construction professional to work on residential swimming pool installation projects. This is a full-time, hands-on position working outdoors as part of a dedicated construction team building some of the area’s finest swimming pools.[3][4]We work hard to construct quality pools and have a good life-work balance for our team.
Essential Qualifications
· Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) – valid and current
· Swimming pool construction experience or similar construction background (concrete, plumbing, excavation, or related trades)[5][1]
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare construction sites according to project plans and specifications[2][3]
· Perform excavation, trenching, and site grading work
· Install plumbing lines and equipment pads for pool systems[6][3]
· Assemble pool structures, forms, and steel reinforcement[1]
· Operate machinery and equipment safely on job sites[2]
· Transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites using company vehicles
· Read and understand construction documents and plans[1]
· Maintain clean, safe, and organized work sites[3][6]
· Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, and clients[6]
Physical Requirements
· Ability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly[5][6]
· Capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions[1]
· Physical stamina and endurance for labor-intensive tasks[6]

Schedule
Monday through Friday, typically 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, with occasional weekend work as projects require.[1]
Compensation & Benefits
· Hourly minimum of $16 per hour depending upon experience
