Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in various weather conditions. Responsibilities: – Perform general construction duties as assigned by the supervisor – Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites – Load and unload materials and equipment – Operate hand and power tools under supervision – Assist with measuring, cutting, and assembling materials – Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment – Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects on time Qualifications: – High school diploma or equivalent – Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required – Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks – Basic knowledge of hand and power tools – Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment – Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Skills: – Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks – Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team – Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment – Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members We offer competitive pay rates, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive work environment.
