Job Overview
We’re looking for someone who enjoys building things, solving problems, learning new skills, and takes pride in quality workmanship.
At SiteWorx, we build custom pools, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, fire features, landscape lighting, outdoor audio systems, and complete outdoor living environments throughout the Tampa Bay and Sarasota area.
No two days are the same.
If you’re the kind of person who enjoys working with your hands, figuring things out, obsesses over the details and creating projects you can be proud of, we’d like to meet you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on the project, you may be:
- Installing outdoor kitchens
- Building pergolas and shade structures
- Installing landscape lighting
- Running low-voltage wiring
- Installing outdoor speakers and TVs
- Plumbing PVC for pools and water features
- Installing pumps, filters, and pool equipment
- Framing and carpentry work
- Assisting with custom pool construction
- Performing warranty repairs and punch-list work
- Troubleshooting mechanical issues
- Operating power tools and construction equipment
- Picking up materials and supporting active job sites
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need experience in everything we do.
If you have experience in several of these areas, we’d like to talk:
- General construction
- Carpentry
- Framing
- PVC plumbing
- Pool construction
- Low-voltage wiring
- Irrigation
- Outdoor living construction
- Concrete or masonry
- Equipment installation
- General service work

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
