Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable from invoice receipt to payment
• Process payroll accurately for hourly and salary employees
• Assist with invoicing and receivables tracking
• Reconcile AP and AR subledgers to general ledger
• Implement process improvements in the AP workflow
Requirements:
• Strong bookkeeping and ledger experience
• Significant experience in high-volume Accounts Payable
• Full-cycle payroll processing experience
• ERP system familiarity required
• Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail
