Condo General Maintenance Jobs in Lahaina, HI at HiEmployment

Starting Pay: $25 – $27 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7a – 4:30p
Location: Lahaina (Position available in Kahului $23 per hour)
General Duties:
- Perform maintenance duties for company properties
- Perform necessary repairs and preventative maintenance
- Painting
- Key replacement
- Repair/replace flooring
- General plumbing
- Test and replace smoke alarms
- Change A/C filters, check coils, clean
- Check light fixtures – repair/replace plugs and switches
Qualifications:
- Previous property maintenance experience
- Able to communicate written and verbal in English
- Reliable transportation
