Paradigm Contracting Ltd. is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Concrete Labourer to join our team.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- CSA-approved steel-toe safety boots
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
- Previous concrete or construction experience is considered an asset, but not required
Responsibilities:
- Assist with concrete forming and placing
- Site preparation and cleanup
- Loading, unloading, and handling construction materials
- Operating hand and power tools safely
- Assisting skilled tradespeople as required
- Maintaining a safe and organized worksite
