Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Foreman to join and lead our construction team. As a Concrete Foreman, you will be responsible for leading the crew and delegating other crew members with various tasks related to concrete construction projects. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.
Responsibilities:
-Lead concrete crew on the jobsite
– Assist in the preparation and setup of concrete forms
– Pour, spread, and level concrete using various tools and equipment
– Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete
– Assist in the installation of rebar and wire mesh
– Operate power tools such as saws, drills, and grinders
– Clean and maintain tools and equipment after use
– Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
– Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
Qualifications:
– Previous experience working in concrete construction preferred
– Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
– Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
– Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment
