Concrete Foundation Foreman — Worcester County, MA
Full-Time | Field Leadership | Year-Round Opportunity
$50 + an hour depending on experience

Eastland Partners is hiring an experienced Concrete Foundation Foreman for long-term sitework and construction projects across Worcester County.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead and supervise concrete foundation crews (6+ members) on daily operations
- Plan and oversee setting/stripping of formwork systems for walls, footings, and slabs
- Coordinate rebar placement, concrete pours, and finishing with precision
- Manage schedules, material orders, and equipment to maintain production targets
- Enforce all site safety standards and conduct daily toolbox talks
- Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with plans/specs
- Mentor laborers and carpenters; collaborate with superintendents and subcontractors
- Track daily reports, time, production quantities, and job costs
- Troubleshoot field issues and implement efficient solutions on the fly
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years concrete/formwork experience with 2+ years in Foreman/Lead role (required)
- Proven track record running foundation crews on residential or commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of form systems, rebar, and concrete best practices
- Ability to read blueprints, layout foundations, and manage multiple tasks
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred; excellent safety leadership
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
- Strong communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills
