Experience is Required
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in concrete construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations related to concrete work.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Capability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- We are seeking someone who is ambitious, efficient, hardworking, must be reliable, a self-starter, detail oriented, willing to learn, and punctual.
- Spanish Speaking is a plus.
