Westway Concrete & Masonry is now hiring concrete finishers and laborers for the 2026 season!
Typical daily tasks as a concrete finisher/laborer will include: grading dirt/rock, placing forms, finishing concrete surfaces, helping the crew complete and clean up the job site.
Ideal Candidate:
- Is hard working, responsible, and reliable
- Has basic knowledge of concrete and masonry
- Willingness to learn with a positive attitude
- Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to office
Job Details:
- Pay is based on experience
- 40-50 hours per week
- Opportunity for overtime hours and advancement
- Weekend work available if desired
- Work in the Brainerd Lakes Area
- Competitive pay plus bonus
Experience Level:
- Concrete construction – 1 year experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate

Pay: $22.00 – $35.00 per hour
