Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with their food and beverage purchases at the concessions stand
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures
- Upsell menu items to increase sales and enhance the guest experience through friendly recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the concession area, including food handling, sanitation, and bussing duties
- Manage inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with food safety compliance throughout your shift
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or cashier roles within quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred (Not Required)
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and sales transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively
- Experience in retail math, grocery store operations, or culinary environments is a plus
