Sienna Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Health Care Aide to join the team at Shasta Care Community. You will provide critical support to seniors by assisting with daily living activities and enhancing their quality of life. This role requires dedication, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of residents’ individual care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with personal hygiene and grooming needs
• Support communication by encouraging the use of sensory aids
• Administer prescribed medication under supervision
• Ensure easy access to mobility devices for residents
• Provide cognitive, social, and emotional support
Requirements:
• Completed Health Care Aide program from an approved college
• Detail-oriented with bedside care experience
• Compassionate approach towards seniors and families
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Must pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
