Key Responsibilities:
• Implement treatment and rehabilitation plans for clients
• Oversee daily staffing according to client needs
• Document and manage medication administration accurately
• Coordinate and track community activities for individuals
• Complete site checks and uphold program standards
Requirements:
• Minimum two-year diploma in relevant field
• One year experience working with vulnerable populations
• Current certification in First Aid and CPR necessary
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office required
• Valid Ontario Class “G2” Driver’s License essential
