GENERAL OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Community Standards Director, this role conducts routine home/Lot inspections and resale disclosure inspections throughout the Community. Ensures compliance and Due Process enforcement of the Community Charter and Design Standards. Interfaces with homeowners to resolve violations and complaints. Follows through to ensure issues are resolved and provide answers to general inquiries as they relate to the Covenants of Willowsford. Supports Community Standards Manager with all Community Standards and Design Review matters.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Homeowner Association (HOA) or similar experience required.

· Compliance experience a plus.

· High School Diploma (or equivalent).

· Prior Community Standards experience a plus.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

· Exhibits understanding of the Willowsford Vision through daily tasks.

· Supports Community Standards Manager in day-to-day operations.

· Ensures compliance and Due Process enforcement of the Community Charter and Design Standards.

· Some nights and weekends may be required to support large Signature Events (usually 4 per year)

· Extensive time spent outdoors; sometimes in heat, cold temperatures, or weather.

· Attend team events as required during the work day

SPECIFIC AREA DUTIES

· Conduct comprehensive inspections on a rotational basis and record/verify approval for inventory of each Lot in the community.

· Take clear, relevant photos with date stamps.

· Review Lot files and compare contents with conditions/improvements noted on inspection.

· Prepare and distribute all violation notices as required using SmartWebs portal or other.

· Perform follow up inspections of violations and record updates/next steps in Resident Files.

· Create hearing packages to present to the Covenants Committee

· Ensure all correspondence, record keeping, and property files are updated and maintained in the resident database.

· Other duties assigned that logically coincide with the above or are generally within the scope of the position.

ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • Lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Frequently stand, walk, and work outdoors in all seasons
  • Use of office equipment including laptop, copier, and security systems

· Typical ability to see, distinguish color, and hear.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

· Must have a dependable personal vehicle.

· Good driving record

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full-time, hourly (non-exempt) position
