This position involves working with a
diverse
group of funders to assist clients with a range of limitations. Health populations and case mix can be customized based on your interest and experience.
Duties
include Functional Assessments , Job Site Visits and development of Graduated Activity and/or Graduated Return to Work plans as well as liaising with the client’s healthcare team and payer representative.
