Lead community-focused financial administration as a Financial Administrator. Deliver personalized coaching aimed at fostering financial literacy and supporting individuals facing financial instability.

In this position, you will work closely with participants to guide them towards financial empowerment through tailored support services. You will be responsible for managing their financial actions and providing resources that promote financial health.

Your role is essential in creating pathways to long-term stability and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized financial coaching to participants

• Assist with financial literacy, budgeting, and goal-setting

• Develop and monitor tailored financial plans

• Facilitate access to benefits and financial resources

• Conduct ongoing assessments and check-ins with clients

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in finance, accounting, or a related area

• 2+ years of experience in financial administration or coaching

• Strong understanding of financial management practices

• Proficiency in MS Office and financial tools

• Certification in financial literacy and trauma-informed care preferred

Support individuals in enhancing their financial skills and achieving self-sufficiency through dedicated, compassionate coaching and resource management.
