Community Engagement Associate – 18-Month Contract Jobs in Huntsville, ON at Community Living Huntsville
We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic, driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Community Engagement Associate. This role will be responsible for planning and executing signature fundraising events, growing corporate sponsorships, building relationships within the community, identifying new opportunities, and supporting volunteer coordination and event logistics.
Your contributions will include:
- Planning and executing signature fundraising events
- Third-party event fundraising
- Supporting and growing corporate sponsorships
- Coordinating Community Living Month initiatives and campaigns
- Leading Sponsor-a-Family Holiday Drive
- Maintaining accurate records and tracking
To be successful in this role you have:
- High School Diploma
- Proven experience planning, developing and implementing strategies and events to achieve fundraising goals
- Strong customer service skills
- Exceptional ability to interact and build positive relationships with community organizations
- Professional communication skills
- Passion for inclusion and advancing opportunities for those with developmental disabilities
