Description:

Brunel is seeking a Commissioning Coordinator to provide administrative support and coordination for the inspection and testing of critical equipment during the pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up phases. They will be coordinating inspection and testing to work scopes to drive towards a smooth and safe start-up. This role involves meticulous data management,

communication

with process systems owners, and

collaboration

across multiple teams to ensure the timely completion of essential tasks.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain and update the commissioning program list using Excel, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

· Act as a liaison between CSU team and stakeholders (process systems owners, engineering, technology) to track the status of commissioning activities in their respective areas, facilitating alignment and understanding of responsibilities.

· Works with project and CSU teams to take advantage of opportunity inspections. Ensure that CSU and Asset team members are connected with field activities and are able to complete Inspections

· Identify any items that cannot be completed within the current project phase and escalate them to the appropriate stakeholders for resolution

· Generate regular status reports on the progress of the Commissioning Program, highlighting achievements, challenges, and potential bottlenecks.

· Provide administrative support to the Commissioning Program Manager and other team members as needed, including

meeting coordination

, file management, and correspondence.

· Work closely with construction, engineering, operations, and CSU (Commissioning and Start-Up) teams to facilitate

communication

and coordination of program activities.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field. Or technical diploma/ certification in a related field.

· 5 years of experience in a technical setting (project or plant)

· EIT or Instrumentation Technologist background/experience would be a good fit

· Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite), with trong emphasis on Excel for managing data and creating report

· Ability to maintain

accuracy and precision

in data management and documentation.

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with

diverse

stakeholders.

· Capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results

·

Collaborative

mindset with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional

team environment

.
