We are searching for highly motivated individuals with a proven track record in HVAC sales or related fields. You’ll attend pre-qualified appointments, deliver effective presentations, and finalize contracts. Your ability to handle objections and negotiate will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend scheduled in-home consultations with homeowners
- Schedule 3-4 appointments between 9 AM and 9 PM
- Present product options and incentives clearly
- Close deals on the first visit with confidence
- Submit signed agreements for processing
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in HVAC sales preferred
- Experience in solar, roofing, or home improvement is invaluable
- Excellent objection-handling and communication skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
