Overnight Diesel Mechanic – Full Time
We are currently seeking an experienced Overnight Diesel Mechanic to join our team full time.
Schedule:
40–50 hours per week
Overnight shift
Pay:
Starting at $40/hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty diesel trucks and construction equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Use diesel diagnostic laptop software and computer systems
- Ensure all equipment remains safe, operational, and job-ready
- Work independently and efficiently during overnight hours
Requirements:
- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
- Prior diesel mechanic experience required
- Must own your own tools
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong knowledge in all aspects of diesel mechanics, including:
- Diesel diagnostic laptop/computer systems
- Hydraulics
- Electrical systems
- Engine diagnostics and repair
- Heavy-duty truck and equipment maintenance
Experience With Equipment Such As:
- Kenworth
- Mack
- Peterbilt
- Hitachi equipment
- Skid steers
- Bobcats
- Heavy-duty construction equipment and diesel machinery
