We are a leading commercial landscape company operating in the Western Metro area of Minnesota, seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Foreman to lead field crews on commercial projects. What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and lead commercial landscape crews on job sites
- Ensure project quality, efficiency, and safety
- Interpret landscape plans and direct installations (sod, plantings, pavers, retaining walls, etc.)
- Communicate with project managers and clients
- Maintain equipment and enforce safety standards
- Train and mentor crew members

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of landscape experience, with at least 1–2 years in a foreman or lead role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret site plans
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of commercial landscape construction and installation
- Positive attitude, team-focused mindset, and commitment to quality
