Join our dynamic team as a Commercial/Industrial Reverse Osmosis (RO) Technician and become a vital part of our water treatment operations! Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on reverse osmosis equipment and associated water treatment systems.
- Troubleshoot system malfunctions using analysis skills and mechanical knowledge to identify root causes quickly.
- Operate heavy equipment and construction tools safely during system installation or upgrades.
- Collect data on system performance, water quality metrics, and operational parameters to support ongoing optimization efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, system logs, and repair histories for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Manage plumbing connections, pumps, tanks, and filtration units to ensure seamless operation of water treatment processes.
- Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and distributed control systems (DCS) to monitor and adjust system controls for maximum efficiency.
- Assist with tankers and transportation logistics related to water delivery or waste removal as needed.
- Support wastewater treatment processes by ensuring proper operation of related equipment and adherence to environmental standards.
- Participate in heavy lifting tasks and site construction activities related to system upgrades or new installations.
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair within water treatment or industrial environments.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), distributed control systems (DCS), and data collection tools.
- Strong understanding of plumbing, wastewater treatment, and general maintenance procedures.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely including cranes, forklifts, or other construction machinery.
- Basic math skills for calculations related to flow rates, chemical dosing, or system adjustments.
- Excellent analysis skills to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
- Physical ability for heavy lifting and performing maintenance tasks in various environmental conditions.

Pay: $26.96 – $32.47 per hour
