Candidate must have:
- Solid work ethic
- 3 years commercial experience
- Colorado Journeyman license
- Management skills and training ability
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Solid leader with a growth mindset putting forth a positive atmosphere with their team
- Consistent follow-through skills that complete projects on time, on budget and with satisfied customers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Operate Microsoft 365
- High attention to detail
- Uphold and live out Wagner’s Core values
Candidate Responsibilities
- Create and execute goals for team members
- Team alignment including daily huddles relaying the plan of the day
- Converse and create solutions for clients
- Plan out and execute Start-up procedures
- Oversee efficiency of labor & material of jobs and crews
- Jobsite safety
- Oversee crew needs including reviews, time off requests, & counseling statements
- Jobsite paperwork – expense reports, near miss, long term man loading
