Commercial Construction Superintendent Jobs in Miami, FL at Mersco Inc.
We are a Commercial Contracting Company in the Ocean City, MD area. We are looking for a Superintendent to assist the Project Manager on multiple jobs on a daily basis. This position will report directly to the Project Manager. The Superintendent will be responsible for making sure Subcontractors are onsite during their scheduled times, work is being completed per Job Contract and Subcontractors Work Orders, monitors material needs, reports any concerns directly to the Project Manager, and update the team with job progress on each job on a daily basis.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
