Full job description
Thereway Cleaning Limited is seeking an ambitious, persons hardworking and innovative candidate to fill a Custodian openings at locations inDartmouth. These individual would be responsible for ensuring an acceptable level of cleanliness in the facility and notify his/her supervisor of any facility related issues. There are full time positions for dayshift and early evenings also partime position for husband and wife team. When emailing please note what position you are looking for.

Responsibilities:
· Operate vacuum cleaners to remove dirt and other waste
· Cleaning windows in entrances
· Pick up garbage
· Empty trash cans and other waste containers
· Sweep, mop, and auto scrub floors
· Maintain cleanliness of common areas
· Cleaning restrooms, hallways, etc.
· Report deficiencies to Property Manager for repair
Requirements
· Well-developed people skills and superior customer service
· Effective verbal communication skills
· Proven time management and organizational skills
· Must complete a criminal background check (to acquire a security clearance cost of)
