In this role, you’ll work closely with the Assistant Vice President of the Complex Risks Unit, managing renewals, policy documentation, and invoicing. A valid RIBO license and 2-3 years of relevant commercial insurance experience are required. You must possess strong organizational skills and a proactive client-focused approach, making timely decisions and effectively managing various client inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage commercial client accounts and policy renewals
• Maintain compliance with HUB standards for file management
• Support clients through inquiries and meetings
• Review policies, calculate taxes, and prepare finance quotes
• Coordinate with underwriters on submission follow-ups
Requirements:
• Valid RIBO license is mandatory
• 2-3 years of commercial insurance experience
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with broker management systems preferred
