Full job description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Coach to join our team. As a Coach, you will be responsible for educating and training individuals in a specific sport or activity. This is a paid position, and we offer opportunities for both full-time and part-time employment.

Duties:
– Develop and implement training programs for individuals or teams
– Provide instruction and guidance on proper techniques, strategies, and rules of the sport/activity
– Plan and organize practice sessions to enhance skill development
– Motivate and inspire athletes/participants to reach their full potential
– Evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
– Ensure the safety of all participants during training sessions or competitions
– Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate schedules and events

Skills:
– Strong knowledge and experience in the specific sport/activity (e.g., swimming)
– Excellent communication skills to effectively convey instructions and provide feedback
– Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their goals
– Strong organizational skills to plan and coordinate training sessions
– Patience and adaptability to work with individuals of different skill levels
– CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00-$31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
