Job Description
Patron Career Staffing is seeking for CNC Machinists to start immediately near Guelph, ON . We are looking for CNC Machine Operators. Experience operating large vertical and horizontal lathes, and vertical and horizontal milling machines. Experience using Fanuc and Toshiba CNC controls is an asset. This position requires the following:
Work in a safe manner and follow all Miknar safety rules and regulations
Able to
read and interpret blueprints
Able to
measure using large verniers and micrometers. ( ” to ”)
Able to
make offsets on a CNC machine as required
Able to
lift pounds
Able to
use overhead cranes
Able to
learn quickly and take direction
Able to
get to work every day
Able to
work overtime
Able to
work afternoon and day shifts ( to hours) Understand written and verbal work instructions
Able to
write and record production correctly
Able to
document part-specific dimensions Understand the imperial measuring system
