Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Provide safe mobility and transfer assistance
- Support with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
- Meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Follow individualized care plans and documentation standards
Qualifications
- Active Illinois CNA certification
- 2+ year caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Professional, compassionate, and dependable
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a client’s home
- Ability to report change in condition immediately to proper channels

Wheaton, Naperville, Schaumburg, Aurora, Hanover Park, Hoffman Estates, and surrounding areas
