The Business Services Program provides for an advanced level of confidential administrative support to the Executive Director and Regional Management Team. The program ensures that staff remain customer and issue management focused, and that coordination and liaison is maintained between the public, MLA’s, local and regional government at all levels and Ministry executive.

This position is responsible for directing the day to day operations of the Executive Director’s area, and coordinating the activities of the Regional Management Team.

Job Requirements:

Secondary school graduation and courses in public administration, business administration or equivalent.

Office experience working in a confidential capacity.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

About this Position:
This position has full time on-site requirements.
This is a temporary opportunity until 10/31/2024.
A permanent appointment may result from this temporary appointment.
An eligibility list may be established to fill future temporary and permanent vacancies.
Employees of the BC Public Service must be located in BC at the time of employment.
