The Opportunity
Hi, I’m Mark; Director, Clinical Solutions & Innovation at Thrive Health. We’re looking for aClinical Solutions Implementation Specialistto join our team.The Clinical Solutions Implementation Specialist is responsible for defining and demonstrating to customers the value of Thrive Health’s products from a clinical perspective, understanding and prioritizing the customers’ clinical requirements. They will communicate solutions, work progress, creative ideas, and concerns clearly with internal team members and with customers where appropriate.
We value that our Clinical Solutions Implementation Specialists have their “feet on the street” in the clinical world. This position entails a 0.8 Full-Time Equivalent commitment, encompassing four days per week. They will allocate one day weekly to clinical practice while dedicating the remaining four days with Thrive Health.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:
Implement clinical solutions for customers that include configuring digital care plans, building questionnaires and patient-facing resource libraries;
Provide support and best practices regarding implementation and product usage for all customers in their assigned region;
Proactively work to enhance and identify product improvements to move existing solution adoption forward to meet customer requirements;
Meet with customers (clinicians, administrators, clerks, patients, and more) to understand their needs and translate their requirements to the product team;
During the sales process, they will work as a clinical advocate to recognize new opportunities within the account that may lead to upsell opportunities;
