Job DescriptionRESEARCH INSTITUTE OF THE MUHCThe Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI-MUHC) is a world-renowned biomedical and hospital research centre. Located in Montreal, Quebec, the Institute is the research arm of the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine at McGill University. Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated, organized, enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our dynamic team working on novel treatments for allergy, asthma and chronic urticaria
The incumbent must be familiar with the entire clinical trial process and be able to assume all the associated nursing tasks. The candidate will work under the direct supervision of the Project Manager and senior Study Nurse.
General Duties
Coordination of study visits with study coordinator as per study protocol, coordinating with clinic staff to ensure proper documentation and timing of research-related procedures,
Blood collection and clinical follow-up of research participants according to the study protocol,
Timely completion of all study documentation forms, including case report forms (CRFs), adverse events reports, other study specific documents,
Review subject’s information and laboratory reports in preparation for the investigator’s review,
Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by supervisor, including support to other coordinator and research nurses,
Work directly with the Principal Investigator, the research team and collaborating laboratories/co-investigators at the study site to ensure the smooth running of all the clinical aspects of studies,
Under the supervision of the Project Manager, coordinate study activities at the study site to ensure project timelines and patient enrollment goals are achieved.

Education: Diploma of College Studies (DEC)
Field of Study: Nursing
Other education considered an asset for this position: BSc Nursing
Work Experience: 1 year or more
Relevant experience in clinical research is an asset.

Bilingual: French and English spoken and written,

Temporary, full time (35 hours per week)
Pay Scale:
DEC: $43,316 to $80,425.80
BSc: $54,327 to $100,882.60 Commensurate with education and experience
