Ottawa Pain Management & Wellness is looking for a positive, energetic, and highly organized Clinical Assistant to join our growing private healthcare practice in Ottawa.
This is not a front desk or reception role. You will work directly with patients and assist with clinical flow, treatment setup, advanced rehabilitation technologies, and day-to-day patient care support inside a modern non-surgical pain and rehabilitation clinic.
This role is ideal for:

No previous clinical experience is required. We are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Assisting patients through treatment sessions
- Preparing treatment rooms and equipment
- Supporting clinic flow throughout the day
- Assisting the doctors with therapies and procedures
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional environment
