Full job description
We are looking for a caring, energetic team player that will work with a multidisciplinary team to support the operation of our clinic and our health care practitioners.
We are a team of physiotherapists, massage therapists, chiropractor, kinesiologist, and more. We take great joy in our patients journey to wellness and are looking for the right person who can celebrate that journey along with us.
Dynamic Physio & Wellness is seeking a FULL TIME CLINIC ASSISTANT to join our well established multidisciplinary clinic.
The successful candidate will:
Greet clients upon their arrival into the clinic;
Schedule and confirm appointments in our booking system;
Process payments;
Answer the phone;
Support smooth clinical operations;
Other duties as required.
Qualifications and attributes include:
Thrive in a fast paced environment;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Outstanding organizational and time management skills including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize according to importance and deadline;
Ability to pay attention to the details, follow directions, and work efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude; and
An energetic, flexible, and reliable team player.
