Client Services Assistant – French or Arabic Speaking Jobs in New York, NY at Interaudi Bank

Interaudi Bank is seeking a Bilingual Client Services Assistant (French and/or Arabic speaking) for our New York office to join our Private Banking group. This opportunity is well-suited for an early-stage professional who wants to grow within international private banking in a highly personalized, client-centric setting.

In this role, you’ll work to support a diverse global client base, contributing to onboarding, account maintenance, and daily banking activities across both U.S. and international relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Relationship Managers to deliver high-touch service to private banking clients
  • Facilitate client onboarding, including account documentation and KYC processes
  • Process client transactions such as wires and general banking requests
  • Draft and manage client communications and supporting documentation
  • Maintain accurate records within CRM and internal platforms
  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure efficient and timely execution of client needs

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a similar client-facing role
  • Fluency in French and/or Arabic is required
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor with sound judgment and discretion
  • Clear interest in developing a career in private banking
