Client Service Representative Full-Time Jobs in Milton at EVOSCIENCES

Duties:

– Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

– Manage customer accounts, including onboarding new customers, updating account information, and processing customer orders.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved effectively.

– Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

– Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

– Assist with market research and analysis to support business development initiatives.

Requirements:

– Previous experience in a customer service role.

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers.

– Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

– Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce, for account management and tracking customer interactions.

– Ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns to drive business insights.

– Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide creative solutions.

– Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
