Full job description
Join the team atArchways, in partnership with True North Psychological Services,as aClient Care Specialist. This position will be full-time for an 18-month period (maternity leave) followed by a permanent part-time position of at least 24 hours per week, with the potential to increase to full-time hours.
As theClient Care Specialist,you will provide ongoing support for a multidisciplinary clinic. Reporting to the Client Care Lead, you will be responsible for scheduling client appointments, processing all billings, collecting fees from clients, confirming insurance coverage, and following up on any missed payments. You will also help support the clinic by fielding phone calls and inquiries, maintaining a tidy reception area, and providing excellent customer service to our valued clients.

Completion of a recognized Administration and/or Business Certificate (or equivalent)orthree years administrative experience is required
Experience in a mental health clinic experience would be considered an asset
Proficiency with various software applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint is required
Experience with WSIB and/or Blue Cross billing and EMR technology would be considered an asset

Salary: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
