This role sits at the center of how we retain customers, manage ongoing service, and grow our maintenance program.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships after installation — ensuring customers stay engaged, supported, and consistently serviced.
This role directly impacts:
- Customer retention

This is not a reactive role — it’s a structured, proactive function within the business.

What You’ll Do:
• Proactively reach out to existing customers to schedule seasonal HVAC maintenance
• Educate homeowners on preventative maintenance and Maple Care plans
• Coordinate bookings with the Service Manager and Dispatcher to maintain efficiency
• Maintain accurate, organized records across CRM systems and internal databases
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to retention and scheduling processes
• Ensure consistent, professional communication that reflects the Maple Air standard
• Take ownership of Maple Care enrollments by leading outbound outreach efforts and converting inbound opportunities from existing customers
What You Bring:
• 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or coordination experience
• Strong communication skills — clear, confident, and professional over the phone
• High attention to detail with strong organizational discipline
• Comfort working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing structure
• A mindset focused on ownership, accountability, and follow-through
Compensation & Structure:
• Base Salary: $50,000 – $65,000
• Commission on Maple Care enrollments
