We’re looking for one smooth-talking, quick-thinking, eagle-eyed, organizational ninja to come & join Sail Away Media as a full-time Client Account Manager.
You will be overseeing a roster of clients in the digital marketing space with various needs and requirements – never a dull day as they say!
You'll be working closely with our team to ensure happy clients and smooth delivery of scopes as well as be able to spot opportunities as they arise.
Sail Away Media is a TikTok partner agency that specializes in social media management, Facebook & Instagram ads, online funnels and ALL things TikTok- one of the most sought after industries, however – it's fast, it's always changing, and it is full on if you've never experienced it before, for this reason the ideal candidate will have:
– Experience working as an account manager in the digital marketing space
– Ideally have experience working within a remote agency or media company
– Have a strong background in digital marketing, Meta,, TikTok, and social media
– Be extroverted and able to quickly establish rapport with people
– Be able to think quickly on their feet
-Willing to learn new things!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee of 8-10 different client accounts with the support of the team
- Handle all client communication for your roster of accounts
- Smoothly onboard new clients and keep them in the loop on project status
- Participate in strategy planning sessions with clients with help from Strategy Lead and Marketing/ops Director
- Client weekly reporting on campaign performance
- Ensure all deadlines are met and quality is maintained on deliverables
- Work closely with the internal team on Slack, Asana, and Zoom
Role KPIs:
- Assumed launch dates are met and client requests are fulfilled
- Clients are happy with our services and churn stays below 7%
- Graphics and copy have no typos or grammatical errors
- Client questions and requests are answered before close of business day
