Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Maintain good knowledge of till and cash-related duties
- Organize merchandise, working efficiently and prioritizing tasks to maintain quality and appearance of merchandise
- Stock & display products to present a neat, clean, well‑merchandised department
- Provide gas pump service
- Maintain and clean equipment regularly
- Assist with inventory control, receiving & merchandising of products
- General housekeeping duties, presenting a clean, well‑merchandised store
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Have a positive, professional approach and attitude. Able to work a variety of shifts including most Saturdays.
- Also assist with inventory counting.
- 3A licence is an asset.
- Physically able to do heavy lifting, climbing and kneeling.
- Considered Safety Sensitive Position; therefore subject to Pioneer Co‑op’s Alcohol & Substance policy as condition of employment.
- Averages 24 – 40 hours/week.
Wage: $16 – $20.45 per hour
