Position Overview
The Rover Cleaning Specialist travels to various customer facilities to provide professional commercial cleaning services and maintain our reputation for excellence. This role requires flexibility, reliability, and strong knowledge of commercial cleaning practices.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide professional commercial cleaning services at assigned customer facilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Sweep, mop, and maintain floors
- Clean windows
- Perform general facility cleaning tasks
- Train and support new cleaning team members
- Follow established cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and company quality standards
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Work as part of a team when needed
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude at all job sites
- Travel to different customer locations as scheduled
Schedule Requirements
- Full-time position
- Availability required for daytime shifts and evening shifts.
- Schedule varies based on coverage needs and customer requests
- Travel to Williston, Dickinson, Dunn Center, Watford City, Keene, New Town, Stanley, and Tioga
Required Qualifications
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is required
- Constantly walking throughout the building to execute cleaning and maintenance with bending, reaching, and stooping.
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated
- Live in Williston or the surrounding area (no relocation or housing)
- Valid driver license and reliable personal vehicle required
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
