Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will contribute to creating a safe and pleasant environment for our clients.
Duties:
– Clean and sanitize designated areas, including restrooms, offices, common areas, and other spaces as assigned
– Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
– Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors
– Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
– Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap
– Perform routine inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met
– Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
– Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred
– Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
– Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
– Knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in facilities maintenance is a plus
