JOB DESCRIPTION
Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day (6:30am-2:30pm)
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Litter pick sidewalks, entries, stairs, and driveway ramp of any non-organic debris
Clean and disinfect high contact touch points such as light switches and door handles
Elevator cleaning, including tracks and panels
Washroom cleaning
Damp mop hard surfaced flooring
Vacuum hallways, stairwells, and elevator floors
Empty waste receptacles and replace with clean liners
Keep garbage room tidy
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Cleaning experience is preferable
Organized and reliable
Effective verbal communication in English
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to deal with residents in a positive and professional manner
