Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation standards of our facilities.
Responsibilities:
– Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
– Handle heavy cleaning tasks that require lifting and moving furniture and equipment
– Utilize hand tools and power tools for maintenance and cleaning purposes
– Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
– Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
– Execute custodial tasks in various areas including restrooms, offices, and common areas
– Conduct commercial cleaning activities following established protocols
– Assist in facilities maintenance tasks as needed
– Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within deadlines
Experience:
– Prior experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred
– Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for maintenance tasks
– Ability to clean efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
– Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus
– Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
