Full job description
Responsibilities:
– Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
– Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
– Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
– Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
– Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as lobbies and hallways
– Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
– Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor promptly
– Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
– Time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete them efficiently
– Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
– Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures
– Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning
– Effective communication skills to interact with coworkers and customers
– Experience in commercial cleaning preferred
– Familiarity with power tools and hand tools for minor repairs or maintenance is a plus
– Customer service-oriented mindset to provide a positive experience for clients
