Duties
- Assist with talking with the insured, collect the accident info.
- Verify insurance coverage and eligibility through insurance verification processes for various providers such as shcheduled driver or vehicle.
- Communicate with the insurance carrier or third-party adjuster compaines
- Communicate effectively in both Chinese and English with clients, providers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth claims processing
