Qualifications
- 3-5 years of insurance claims experience with a proven track record of handling files from intake through to resolution
- CIP designation (or actively working towards completion); post‑secondary education is a strong asset
- Exceptional attention to detail—you catch what others miss and turn it into actionable intelligence
- Professional‑grade communication skills in both written and verbal formats; you can explain complex coverage to anyone
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office and claims management systems

Salary Range: CAD $85,000-$95,000
